Island Spa

The Island Spa at Inchydoney is home to Ireland’s first Seawater Spa, offering a range of Thalassotherapy Treatments as well more traditional Beauty & Body Treatments and Rituals.

 ‘Thalassotherapy’ originates from the Greek word Thalassa, meaning ocean, and involves the therapeutic use of Seawater and Marine Products such as Seaweed and Sea Mud. Along with our partners Les Luneides in Paris, we have created a range of Seawater and Sea Mud based treatments to combat cellulite, aid in detox, pain relief and weight loss as well as creating a feeling of wellbeing.

We are proud partners with the innovative Elemis Skin Wellness Brand, who work with us to create exciting and luxurious Facials, Massage and Body Rituals. 

All guests can enjoy complimentary access to the Seawater Therapy Pool, Sauna, Hammam, and Ocean View Relaxation Areas, as well as our Fruit & Juice Bar in the Island Spa.
